Quick-Baked Spiced Buted Cake

Serving: 4-6 pax


1/4  cup + 3 tablespoon self-raising flour 
2 tablespoon brown sugar
pinch of salt
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoon. milk
2 tablespoon butter, melted
2 tablespoon Mazola corn oil
1 teaspoon Chinese 5 spices 


In a bowl, whisk dry ingredients.  

In a separate cup, whisk milk and Chinese 5 spice.

Pour the milk mixture into dry ingredient, followed by the melted butter and Mazola oil.

Whisk until batter is smooth.

Pour into a microwave-safe mug.

Microwave on high for 145 seconds.
