Smoked Beef in Spicy Turmeric Gravy

Gravy Ingredients


9 pcs Birds eye chili
2 pcs yellow onions
3 pcs cloves garlic
2 pcs lemon grass
1cm thickness fresh turmeric
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
5 table spoon Mazola corn oil

Smoked beef

Marinade Ingredient

100g beef 
1 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/2 tea spoon salt
1 table spoon Mazola corn oil

Directions

Smoked beef

Marinate beef with all dry ingredients and Mazola corn oil for 3 hours.  

Heat up frying pan, then smoked the beef with all the mixture of ingredients without oil.   

Once finished, sliced the smoked beef into small pieces.
Kuah Masak Lemak / Turmeric and coconut milk sauce:  

Shred garlic, paddy chili, lemon grass, fresh turmeric then sauté with Mazola oil in separate cooking pan.

Heat up water into the pot and place in all the sauté ingredients.

Add in sliced beef and coconut milk with slow heat.

Add some salt to taste.
