Fried Chicken Curry

Serving: 3-4 pax
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 tea spoon curry powder
3/4 tea spoon onion powder
3/4 tea spoon salt
3/4 tea spoon garlic powder
450gram skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – cut into strips
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup of Mazola corn oil to fry
Directions
Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, curry powder, onion powder, salt and garlic powder. Place the chicken into a bowl, and coat with the mixture and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
Mix the breadcrumbs and flour in a separate bowl, coat the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat Mazola oil in a Pan. Fry the coated chicken until juices run clear and drain to dry and put aside.
Curry Sauce
3 tables spoon Mazola corn oil
1/2 onion, diced
30g curry powder for meat
3 cups water
1 big tomato, cut into 4 slices
2 small potatoes
1/2 cup coconut milk
Salt
Directions
Add Mazola oil to pot heat it up until hot.
Add onions and stir-fry until aromatic then add curry powder.
Put into pot with the fried chicken, stir until combine well for about 1 minute.
Add some water into the pot and bring it to boil. Lower the heat.
Add coconut milk and salt to taste and simmer for another 5 minutes.
